Favourite thing about Autumn?
It's hard to describe the scent, but that crisp, sharp smell of the air as soon as the weather gets colder is what I really love. I also love seeing leaves fall, watching them veil the pavements. I'm still like a little kid when I walk on leaves, I am intrigued by the crunch.
Gingerbread hot chocolate with marshmallows and an extra sprinkle of chocolate is my idea of a delicious cold weather drink. Unfortunately I despise coffee so I like to experiment with all the flavours of syrups with hot chocolate instead.
Perfume wise, it probably has to be Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir or Blackberry and Bay. My favourite candle scent is something like Cinnamon, Orange and Clove; warm smelling spices that remind you of this time of year. I also really like the sweet smells from the likes of Yankee, Christmas Cookie is a firm favourite of mine.
This is a hard one because I have quite a few. It's probably a toss up between Mac's Cyber and Topshop's Wicked. I turn into a bit of a vampy goth during the latter months of the year so love deep aubergine and berry shades.
Go to moisturiser?
I have dry skin pretty much all year round, as well as those nasty under-the-skin spots so I find moisturisers really hard to work with sometimes. At the moment my go to is Oilatum Natural Repair face cream.
Go to colour for eyes?
None. I don't wear eyeshadow hardly ever because I have quite small, deep set eyes so it just doesn't look right. I am really loving seeing others work with bronze, gold and cranberry shades though, I think they look pretty.
Favourite music to listen to?
Oh gosh, my music taste is so varied it's crazy. This time of year I like to relax with the oldies: Kate Bush, Fleetwood Mac and Tori Amos are just a few of my current affairs with music. However, I have also been loving and listening to both Bastille and Passenger.
On the days where I actually get to dress in my normal clothes, my go to outfits have usually consisted of a smock dress, black tights, cable knit socks, cut out ankle boots and my big cosy boyfriend coat! Not forgetting my Russian style hat and tartan scarf.
Lots and lots of gingerbread.
Favourite place to be?
London, all wrapped up and taking a wander along the south bank with my good friends in tow. Sipping on hot chocolate and dabbling in all the local festivities while admiring all the lights. Failing that, snuggled up in bed with a cosy lit room and my fox slippers on.
